The Ole Corral - Kitcheneering by Insinger

This trade publication article, printed by the company that manufactured the dishwashers used in the Ole Corral, describes many features of the restaurant's design and includes a couple of photos of the restaurant's interior. The building was designed by architect David Savini specifically so that it could be moved, should the need ever arise. Savini, as mentioned elsewhere, later became the campus architect for Georgia Tech.
