Seen here is a 1960s era postcard showing the old City Hall at 68 Mitchell St. SW, as seen from the top of the State Capitol building.  Completed in 1930, the building was designed by G. Lloyd Preacher, the same architect responsible for the Henry Grady Hotel, the Medical Arts Building and Bass High School in Little Five Points.                  Google map
