Here's an artist's conception view of the Regency Hyatt House, a part of the Peachtree Center complex, all of which was designed by architect John Portman.  It was, as pointed out on the back of the card, the most unusual 1000 room hotel in 1969.  I think the reference to one thousand rooms (and the year of 1969) appears because the hotel originally opened in 1967 with 800 rooms and an expansion in 1969 brought the total up to 1000.

For some reason, it no longer goes by the name Regency Hyatt House.  These days, it's the Hyatt Regency.
