Atlanta Skyline featuring the Polaris

This 1960s postcard shows the view looking toward the downtown skyline from the North Avenue bridge over the I-75 and I-85 connector. Note the dominance of the blue-domed Polaris restaurant atop the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which opened in May 1967.
