Whisk 'A Go-Go ad.  This was a franchised branch of the original Whiskey A Go-Go club on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles.  As for the reason behind the odd spelling of "whiskey" in the name of the Atlanta club, my guess is that it was a  bid to keep civic leaders off their back.  But that's just a guess.

Ad for Atlanta's Whisk 'a Go-Go.  This was a branch of the more famous Whiskey A Go Go club on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.  After debuting at 114 Ponce de Leon Ave, the club relocated to a space within the Imperial Hotel for a while.  Click here to see an ad for when it was located within the Imperial.
