| Looking across Memorial SE toward the
lofts and apartments that, since 1999, have occupied the
former textile mill location of the Fulton Bag and
Cotton Mill. It appears that an entire street of
houses was leveled at some point and eventually
replaced with the parking lot visible in the 2006 photo.
