Here's the Carter Center and Jimmy Carter Library & Museum, as seen from the air on a 1980-something postcard.  The library was opened to the public on Carter's 62nd birthday on October 1, 1986.  From the air, the complex looks like something right out of a futuristic sci-fi movie.         Google map
