Skyline @ twilight postcard

Yes, it's already time for another skyline-at-twilight postcard. This one looks to me like it probably dates to 1967, though 1968 is also a possibility. I say that because the Equitable Building, visible on the left side of the photo, which opened in 1968, was still under construction.
