A&P Grocery Store Opening, 1965

On May 12, 1965, an A&P grocery store opened at the Williamsburg Village shopping center at the intersection of Clairmont and Briarcliff Roads. The store was no longer opened when I moved to town in 1987, though I don't know specifically when it closed. The shopping center still stands, but has clearly seen better and more prosperous days.
