This shopping center can be found at the NW corner of Clairmont and North Decatur Roads, just across Clairmont Road from a center we featured yesterday. The shiny black car in the foreground is a 1958 Chevrolet, an Impala if I'm not mistaken, so the photo was taken no earlier than late 1957, I would say.
