The Sylvan Motel, seen on this circa mid 1950s postcard, was on US Highways 41 and 19, somewhere about a mile and a half south of Atlanta's official city limits.  I am pretty sure that there are no remaining parts of this old motel standing, but I've been wrong before when I've ventured into uninformed guessing.  Based on some comments over on the ATM Facebook page by people who grew up in this area, it sounds like this was probably right alongside the expressway (before it was known as I-75) near Cleveland Avenue. Once the expressway opened, it seems pretty plausible that that road was assigned the US 41/19 designation for a time. That probably ended at some point (when the full Atlanta metro piece of I-75 was opened under that name?) and at that point the US 41 / 19 designation was re-assigned to Stewart Ave/Metropolitan Parkway. That's my best guess.
