Atlanta Stadium postcard

From the long-gone days when a brand-new stadium could be expected to last a full 30 years before being deserted comes this postcard photo of the Braves' former home, Atlanta Stadium (later known as Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium). I recall that sometimes late in the season in the 1970s when the Braves were pretty bad, they occasionally drew less than a thousand people to some of their home games, and it looks like perhaps this picture was taken on one of those days. OK, relax, I'm just joshing.
