The Ponce de Leon Apartment building, designed by architect William L. Stoddart, was the city's first highrise luxury apartment building when it opened in 1913.  It's located at 75 Ponce de Leon Avenue, which is the corner of Ponce and Peachtree.  Its original design featured apartments ranging in size from one room to ten.  Photo courtesy of John Steinheimer.        Google map
