The former Rodeway Inn at the corner of 14th St. and Techwood Drive.  Later it was converted to the Village Inn.  In late 2007, this motel was torn down to accommodate a series of road improvements that will include the widening of the 14th St. bridge, which is scheduled to be closed from 02/09/08 until the summer of 2010.  More details here.
