Strange but true:  The Cyclorama used to have on display an authentic shrunken head (after the body to which it had been attached had been cannibalized).  And that's not all; several mummies were also among the attractions.

The image below is taken from page 108 of my copy of a book named ATLANTA: ITS LORE, LEGENDS, AND LAUGHTER.  The volume, written by Elise Reid Boylston, was published in 1968 by Foote & Davies of nearby Doraville.
