This postcard offers a fine aerial late 1970s view of  Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Home, an organization the cares for patients who have been diagnosed with terminal or incurable cancer.   Just to the north is Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium, which was torn down in 1997.  And just a bit farther north, we are treated to a fine view of Atlanta's skyline at the time.

The building is now situated one block south of Turner Field.  For some reason, the street this building sits on is no longer Washington Street; according to the Our Lady Of Perpetual help website, it's now known as Pollard Boulevard.   And Love Street, the East-West street that ran along the north side of Our Lady Of Perpetual Help, has been renamed Bill Lucas Drive SW.  Bill Lucas (1936 - 1979), a vice-president in the Atlanta Braves organization, was the brother-in-law of Hank Aaron.
