Churchill Lounge was located at 300 West Peachtree Street.
By 1963 most, though not all, clubs were beginning to move on from the twist. The Churchill Lounge was still featuring a band that incorporated twist numbers into its show, but note that the Gonzalo Barr Trio were also advertised as performing music for fans of the mambo, the cha-cha, the merengue, and the bossa nova, too.
