1350 Spring Street NW

Standing at the southwest corner of the intersection of Spring and 17 Streets, this used to be the offices of the Baptist Home Mission Board. Today, this building is one of two structures collectively known as Midtown Heights and is used for general office space rental. It is mirrored by an almost identical building on the south side of the same property. The Midtown Heights website indicates that there are plans to fill in the parking lot between the two existing buildings with a new six story office / loft project. Google map
